Air Mail – 1 part BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro – .5 part Lime Juice – .5 part Honey Syrup – 1.5 parts Brut Champagne – Lime Wheel or Orange Zest garnish Combine all ingredients aside from the champagne into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Strain in a coupe glass and top with champagne. Garnish with either a lime wheel or an orange zest. Old Cuban – 2 parts BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho – 1 part Lime Juice – 1 part Simple Syrup – 8 Mint Leaves – 2 parts Brut Champagne – Fresh Mint Sprig for garnish Combine all ingredients aside from the champagne into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Fines train into a coupe and top with Champagne. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
